I bought a honda civic 1993 i'm having mechanical issues?

Okay so i bought a honda civic 1993
I checked my Spark plugs and didn't really like what i saw as i took it out it was soken wet in oil i think my motor near its end lol well thats what i was told what can i do just buy a mew engine pr can i do a change of oil and will it help and change of spark plugs
Also my speedis not good and i think is due to my engine goin bad my 35 and 40 feels like a 20 Please Help US GIRLS KNOW NOTHING

This is the thing- I believe that the spark plugs are recessed into the valve cover and the problem with oil might only be the valve cover gasket in specific the gaskets that fit the spark plug tubes.
As for only doing 20 when you feel like you should be going 40- that might be a clutch problem if you have a stick, low fluid or bad transmission if it is automatic.

Well there's a few questions that come with your question. 1. How many miles were on the car when you bought it? 2. How long was it before you started having these issues? 3. Do you see a certain color exhaust smoke when you crank up the car or press the gas pedal?

As far as the Mechanics go, you could have a blown head gasket. You could possibly have a cracked head. Check your oil and see if it's real watery or thin. You could replace the spark plugs if they are ugly but the spark plugs aren't causing oil to be leaking around the firing holes.

A turbo issue could be why your car feels like it's running so slow. It could be a bad turbo or even build up in the catalytic converter. If there's a lot of build up in the catalytic converter ( Which is the exhaust system) you may just need a new one. Hope this could help you out a little bit. The absolute best thing you can do is take it to a shop and let them diagnose it there.
