How do i shift PERFECTLY, mostly the clutch work? I drive an 2004 Honda civic?
I've been driving manual for about an year now, and i've been through a couple of cars now. But i would like to know how you can shift perfectly through gears.
How i shift usually is after i press the clutch and shift to the next gear, i slowly let go of the clutch to the point wear it grabs, then add a little throttle as i'm letting go of the clutch fully.
But sometimes, when i do that, my rpm revs up and THEN grabs in gear towards the end… Sometimes i don't even bother adding gas until the clutch is FULLY let off because of this.
I know i should have this down since i've been driving manual for a year now but help would be appreciated nevertheless.

For Example: Neyveli lignite Corporation Ltd (South India)provide all employees stay in Quarters.First shift 6.00am to 2.00pm Second shift 2.00pm to 10pm and finally third shift
are night 10.00pm to 6.00am(Non technical line general shift 10.00am to 5.30pm)So Industrial shift generally eight hours only.Everybody telling first shift or secod shift or third shift. This are all comes in rotational basis.24hours Hospital, power sector Cement Industries etc. Do not feed the scammer - repost of an earlier question. After you start off from a stop, you can shift and immediately release the clutch. The only shift you ease off the clutch is to get the vehicle going from a standstill. What you're doing now wears out the clutch quickly. Get a friend who knows how to do this to coach you and practice doing it right until you don't need to think so hard about it. Every time you do what you are doing you are burning the clutch plate and flywheel. When you push the clutch to the floor you are disengaging the clutch plate, as you bring the clutch pedal back to the top with the car in gear you will feel it begin to engage and the car begin to move. If you hold it at this point the clutch plate is slipping on the flywheel. This will prematurely wear the clutch and glaze the fibers of the plate. This is bad for is the clutch plate and flywheel. When you get to that point just take your foot off the pedal, and when the vehicle is moving do not let the pedal up slow just push it down shift and let the pedal return. No slipping at this point unless you do what you are doing.

- Where I can find instructions on how to remove an A/C clutch and pulley on a 2004 Honda CR-V? I have removed the serpentine belt, the clutch plate, I'm trying to get the pulley off and I have almost succeeded except the sub frame on the front suspension is blocking the removal.
- In a 2015 Honda Civic, does the S on the gear shift act the same as D3 on a 2012 Honda Civic? In a 2015 Honda Civic, does the "S" on the gear shift act the same as "D3" on a 2012 Honda Civic?
- Does a 2004 Honda Civic LX have a Torque Converter Clutch? I have a problem with my car. There's a check engine light pointing to the TCC Solenoid. I researched the whole system and how it works and when I was replacing the transmission I do not remember seeing a clutch for the Lock up mechanism and was wondering if it does have it and where it is. If the car has it since there's a solenoid for it then I will go ahead and check the harness why it is stuck-off.
