How much does a key replacement cost from the dealership?
My Honda Civic 2010 car key is very worn out, and the panic button doesn't work anymore. I know you can go to a local locksmith for cheaper and so, but I just was wondering the exact price of getting a whole new key right from the Honda dealership.

As a guide an OEM key for my Benz cost AUD$600 because I couldn't get one made up by my local locksmiths at the time.
Over $200. You can get get fob parts at Amazon and replace the one on your key for around $20.
Why not just call or visit your local Honda dealer? They will tell you the exact cost.

Hi so the issue is not just the key but the lock assembly as well.
- Will ANY honda replacement remote key be programed for my Odyssey 2003? I have an extra remote key I bought from Kijiji for my Honda Odyssey 2003. Problem is I don't know what model that extra remote it for. It does though look just like my original Odyssey remote. Will it program with my Odyssey or should I throw it out and buy a new extra remote?
