One bolt at a time, Skippy. Remove the old one and install the new one. Then get your front-end alignment checked.
You'll need a special tool to fit over the inner tie rod bolt. Or if you are experienced and pressed for time cause some idiot borrowed it, you can try and maneuver a crescent wrench in there, but I would advise against that.
