Left outer tie rod end is replaced and now my steering wheel is off?
In order to drive straight the top of the wheel is pointing between the 12 and the 11 and that is when there's no space between the outer tie rod end and the nut should i create some space between them? 2000 honda civic dx
Hi so you should have taken it to a car dealer to do the work. So go buy a Haynes workshop manual for your make and model of car. So you can proceed.

- Does power steering fluid get hot if the car is just running and the steering isn't being used? If the pump is just spinning, recirculating fluid and nothing else… Would it still get hot? I had to bypass the pump from the rack and have the fluid recirculate. Would the pump get hot from just spinning? I know 8th gen Honda's don't have a cooler for the power steering anyways.
