Your car might have an MP3 jack. They do make FM transmitters. You can get one at a tech store.

I don't think your 2007 Civic has an OEM aux. Port. Don't think they introduced the aux port until 2009 models (same with USB), but there are plenty of after-market alternatives. This is one of them:
