Look at this site - - for info… When you are done w/the 0315 code, then just change it to the other code… And know that once the repairs are made, an OBD scanner will need to be attached to the vehicle to clear the codes

P0135, O2 sensor heater circuit malfunction, check for a blown O2 sensor heater fuse, check for a short in the O2 sensor heater circuit.

P1298, Electrical Load Detector Circuit High Input, the Load Detector is receiving a high input, there's a circuit that is drawing too much current, most likely from the shorting O2 sensor heater circuit.

Check the O2 sensor heater fuse (if there's one), replace if blown. Check for a short in the O2 sensor heater wires. If you do not see any, replace the O2 sensor and clear the codes with a scan tool and see if it fixes the problem.

There are two separate problems. For the P0135, Anonymous covers it well. Be aware that the sensor is not necessarily the most likely cause. A $6 multimeter from Harbor Freight is a great thing to keep in the trunk and will help you track it down if you want to do it yourself.

P1298 (from the Electrical Load Detector, a Honda thing) is trickier but the video will point the way.
