I have a 2004 Honda Civic. The tire size is 195 x 60 x 15. Can I use 195 x 65 x 15? Will my car be affected?

No worries that size will be fine- very little difference overall.
It most certainly will be effected. You should never ever go under or over 3% difference in overall diameter from the OEM size tire. The 195/60-15 is 3.17% larger in overall diameter so this is NOT an acceptible substitute for the OEM size tires. Your speedometer would read 62 at a true 60 mph. You will also have less power and less rubber patch on the road so stopping distance will be adversely effected.
- Punctured tire replacement - can I replace only 1 tire - is it safe to replace the PUNCTURED tire only? My 2005 Honda Pilot rear left tire was punctured near the threshhold (ie - sidewall), but still usable. Thus the tire dealer patched it only. Should I replace that punctured tire only? Or should I replace the 2 tires on the same axle? Or even buy a whole set of 4 tires? I'm concerned about safety, and thus your best advice is very appreciated.
- What tire size do you have on your 2012 Honda CRV? I have the original equipment size which is 215/70R16. I'm thinking about putting a 225/65R17 or 225/60R18. I did a comparison online (tirerack.com) and looked at the pictures online. It both looks great, but hard for me to decide. Which do you think it's best for me
