I have a 93 Honda Civic. It has bad struts and pinions. How much is it to fix that?

ASK the technician who diagnosed them.
noone knows what you mean by "bad"
and noone can guess what pinions you mentioned.
Pinion gears? Pinion bearings, rack and pinion steering gear?
Struts require special tools and experience,
If they don't fail a jounce and rebound test and haven't leaked a fair amount, show them to a tech and get an opinion and an estimate.
Then they can take your symptom(s) and find the causes.
safety inspect the suspension and steering.
The estimate for you in your area will be your best answer.
- Would it be, a bad idea for me to try and fix a blown head gasket? Its for a honda. Stock d16 aftermarket rims and is 1500 with a blown head gasket. My dad is the best honda mechanic in my town. He would be guiding me through it. Also the car had 137k miles and good paint. How much would it be worth if it was fixed?
- Should I paint over a bad tear in my bumper, or order a new one and have the mechanics install it then have them paint it? I recently bought a used 1997 Honda Prelude. It's red and badly sun faded and has a bad tear on the rear bumper. I was wondering whether I should just have it painted over or order a whole new bumper and have the people at the shop install it and paint it for me. Any suggestions?
- Should I buy a 2008 honda civic ex-l that has 100000 miles or a honda civic lx that has 82k miles? The honda civic ex-l has only one owner and the honda civic lx is from a dealer. They're fairly the same price
- How much would it cost to change front struts/ shocks on a honda civic 2001? I think that it would cost no more than or a little over $300 (parts + labor). I went to one mechanic that gave me a quote for $575 ($240 for the parts, the alignment, and labor) lol… Which is ridiculous for a fairly old economy car.
