If I can have Apple CarPlay in a car without installation?
I really want Apple CarPlay in my 2018 Honda Civic, but I'm leasing it and I can't modify the car. I only have the base model (lx) so it has a Bluetooth radio that is not touch screen, so I could not use a "dongle". I'm wondering if anyone knows if I can have an external monitor on my dash or something that is powered by usb? I just really want Apple CarPlay.
Hi so it is automatic in most gps cars.
- Is owning an apple product a status symbol? Some of the people I've talked to compare iphones, macs, ipads etc as a mercedes benz or lexus. They described android or PCs etc as a honda or toyota They said driving a luxury car is a status symbol. The cars are nice yet driving a honda or toyota does the same stuff but without breaking the bank. What do you think?
- After replacing our car battery, our remote starter just turns and turns without actually starting the car? My wife has a 2010 Honda Fit and we just had to replace the battery. We got a remote starter installed from Best Buy in either 2010 or 2011. But after the recent battery replacement, the remote starter responds by just cranking and not starting. It does like three sets of cranking before stopping. I don't remember the brand of remote starter, but anyone have any insight of what I need to do?
- Spec-D LED tail light installation on 2002 Honda Civic? These taillights do not fit any of my OEM sockets except 1. Am i expected to start splicing? I don't want to ruin them, but absolutely nothing fits even though they were described as plug and go. Can anyone help me out with these?
- How much would installation cost to have my speakers and stereo replaced? I have a 2001 honda civic coupe dx and I want to have the front door and rear deck speakers replaced. I also want to replace my stereo. How much should installation, at a local professional shop, cost for all of this?
