If installed properly, sure.
There are no laws that make switching engines illegal.
Provided the car passes smog tests (and we Can't tell you that), then no one will care.
- Will this set up pass California smog? I have a Honda civic hatch back and it's missing the whole exhaust system. Thing is their stock cat which is also the header is quite expensive. What if i just get a carb legal header connect a regular cat and regular piping to muffler.
