My 2000 honda civic ex won't start?

I just did a a motor swap on my 2000 honda civic ex and it won't start I took out my old motor and put in a mini me swap I really don't know much about motors but the car cranks over and I don't know if its the ecu that I have to change or the timing is of but the motor I put in has a y7 block with a y8 head can some one please give me some type of an idea on what could be wrong

I check the main relay and its good I look to see if theirs any loose wires and their also good I don't know why its not starting can it be my ecu that I have to change

Any extra connectors that "hanging loose" or disconnect around the engine? The PCM may be in need of reprogramming or replacement. You'll need to look more in depth into the matter like no spark or no fuel or all of the above.

Could it be something as simple as the main relay? Have you checked it?:

Edit: Update what you'll find and we'll see as well as other will chime in and help. HTH
