Do you mean VTEC? If so, it's probably not related to the VTEC system.

- Motorbike bogs down and cuts out at full throttle? I have a gilera cougar 125 (Honda engine), when are full throttle it bogs down and can cause it to cut out. It runs fine otherwise and it's not making any stage sounds or anything.
