Can I bring to dealer to add option on my 2014 civic lx (base model car)?

I brought a pre owned 2014 Honda Civic LX sedan with 15,000 miles which they don't have EX-L models and I noticed there's no navigation, leather seats and its no option added so it's just plain, so it has cloth seats, keyed start, and lucky have a backup camera, is it possible bring to dealer to add option like leather seats, navigation etc?

1999 Honda Civic over heating?

I recently replaced my upper radiator hose since a hole blew in it after I had filled up the radiator with antifreeze. The next day my heater hose tore and started leaking so I then replaced that and drove about a mile until my temp gauge went into the red. The car is fine at idle, only when I drive it does the temp rise but if I blast the heat, the temp stays normal while driving. Car has 167xxx, help would be appreciated.

Do you think Honda Dealership is trying to rip me off? (details in description)?

So last week I went to the Honda Dealership to get an oil change + tire rotation for my 2014 Honda Civic LX. It costs me ($70) for it. While I was in the waiting room in the dealership, one of the Honda employees approached me and carried 2 items. He said one was my A/C filter and one was my Enginer Filter. He told me that they were really dirty and I should consider getting a filter change, which would be $60 for engine filter and $50 for the a/c filter. I said no, but then I started to think about it and it seems strange because I only have 16,000 miles on my car. And I feel paranoid that the dealership probably took out my filters and replaced it with these dirty filters because i've noticed that i'm starting to cough more when the a/c is on (or maybe its because I have the flu at the moment). Do you all think that the dealership is trying to rip me off and do you think that they changed my filters with dirty ones?

How to fix my trunk/fuel tank lever in my 09 Honda Civic?

The lever was getting a bit sticky for a while now and just yesterday it went loose when I pulled it to open my trunk. Now it will not operate both the trunk or fuel door release.

I have already removed the material in my trunk to access the fuel door release cable manually for now. I'm just wondering if anyone knows a good temporary fix to close the trunk. There isn't much in there to attach a wire to in order to keep it closed.

Also can anyone give me a link or instructions to fix the lever permanently so that it works again. I don't think the cables are broken inside but I could be wrong. I'm not sure what the best way is to open up the lever assembly to take a look.

My Honda feels sluggish in 3rd gear, any

My Honda Civic from 2008 feels like it has no power in 3rd gear even in high RPM's. 1st, 2nd, and 4th feel perfectly fine (i don't use 5th enough to notice it) and it seems like they have lots of power (relative to 3rd gear). When i go up hill i feel the car shift from 1st to 2nd and then to 3rd but then the RPM's fall as if the engine was under stress. Then it shifts back into 2nd to compensate. Any ideas?
(Its a 2008 Honda Civic automatic, base model)

How come car continues to overheat after multiple repairs done?

Bought car used from dealer on sept. 7. Honda Civic 03 EX.
I took it back multiple times and they replaced the thermostat with a plug as well.
Head gasket and just go the car back yesterday from getting radiator replaced. Also I replaced the radiator cap myself.
The car continues to overheat after driving for some distance and I stop on a red light or leave car on drive on idle or parked. Once I start to move the car again the needle starts to go down showing car cooling down. How come this still happens after getting most of the repairs that would cause overheating?
Please help cause I will need to drive to barstow this weekend from Los Angeles.

Added (1). they checked water pumps and no problem either.
I see the reservoir tank starts to fill up from overheating. I don't think it is the water pump as they been cheked.
