Yes
The P0505 code is set when the IACV-AAC valve does not operate properly. That does not necessarily mean the valve is bad. It could be a shorted or loose electrical connection. The problem is very common with Honda Civic and Honda Accord vehicles, and adjusting the engine idle speed usually takes care of the problem. To adjust the engine idle speed disconnect the battery and touch the two terminals together for an hour or so which will clear the ECM, connect the terminals back and start the car and let it idle of 15min without touching anything this usually takes care of the problem.
