Sub/Amp Setup on a 1998 Honda Civic?

Added (1). Well pretty much my situation is I have two Rockford Fosgate P1's that are 150rms each hooked up to a 250watt Rockford Fosgate Punch amp and trust me they hit pretty hard considering I have it in a bandpass as well. However I'm concerned about my lights dimming and I'm suspicious that the load may be too much on the battery and alternator. Is getting a gel cell battery and a new higher output alternator necessary? I live in Iowa and want my car to start in the winter, any suggestions?

There are a lot of suggestions regarding this light dimming issue.

I have heard that you need to do an upgrade on the major wires called the big three.

1) Alternator positive cable that runs to the positive terminal of the battery

2) Negative battery cable that runs from the battery to the vehicles chassis

3) Chassis grounding cable that runs to the engine block

Then you can either add another battery along with the high amp output alternator, or swap your battery with a higher capacity (amps) with the high amp output alternator.

I have also heard that you can try using Capacitors, but some so called experts don't agree with this.
