What is a great reliable used car for under 6000?

I had a Honda civic but now it's total loss due to accident. This car never gave me any problems, only thing I ever change was oil and tires. Now I'm looking for a different car. Too many people mock honda cars, and I don't understand because they are good looking, cheap and last a really long time. I'm into small light weight, great on gas cars. Anything really… Any suggestion is great, so I can get some ideas and do my research.

Buy another Honda! If you live in a place that has natural gas stations (cng), go for a Honda Civic GX that runs on natural gas. It's much cheaper than gasoline, cleaner for the environment and better for the engine, too. It's only around $1.76 per gallon in my state.

Get hondas, or cheap toyota corollas they are really efficient in gas they aren't a hassle at all. They are even good for traveling.

The " Hyundai Verna " is the best used car under $ 6000.

Toyota Corolla
Honda Civic
Mazda 3
Toyota Camry
Honda Accord

  • What is the most reliable used car one can get? Your 3 choices? I'm shopping for an inexpensive vehicle that I can use to run around for errands and groceries in an semi urban area. Something economical on gas and good and reliable. I was thinking Honda Civil? What is your thought on that?
  • What damage is possible from a construction cone riding under the front portion under the car? I was traveling doing about 55 mph and could not swerve to avoid hitting a construction cone. It hit under my car and dragged until I could pull over and pry it loose. I could not see too well under the car. I have a Honda Fit
  • What is the best used sporty car under $9k? I'm looking at buying a car for $9k or less after the repair bills on my old car started to add up. I want something sporty (not actually a sports car since the insurance rate will skyrocket with this category), but also want to keep fuel economy and reliability in mind. The two models I have been looking at are a 2006-2008 Mazda3 and a 2006-2008 Honda Civic Si. Are there any other car models comparable to these that are both powerful/fun-to-drive and at least relatively low-cost to own?
  • Is it possible to trade in a used car for another used car? I bought a 2013 Toyota Yaris about 4 months ago. I bought mainly because it was cheap and fuel efficient. But I realized I don't really like. So I'm have buyers remorse. Is it possible to trade it in for another used car? I was thinking of getting a Honda Civic or a Volkswagen Jetta. How long should I wait to do the trade in?
