Why do people flash their high beams and drive like idiots around me?
I drive a boring base 2015 Honda Civic and commute for a couple hours a day and just tonight at least four cars flashed their high beams at me when there wasn't a cop or had my high beams on. Two different cars actually put them on and stayed behind me in the right lane when they easily could have passed. I just put on cruise control and try to relax the entire trip because it's so stressful. Should I just avoid the highways altogether even if it takes a little longer or am I being paranoid?
It is very unusual that a driver on the highway would stay behind you with brights on. It's too easy to go around you.
Are you sure that something on your car isn't falling off or something?
Maybe you didn't have your lights on. Maybe it looked like you didn't have your lights on.
It might be just your headlights for some reason blazer's lights point forward just like the brights (although still dimmer than brights)
- Why do people get mad over the fact that their cars require full synthetic oil? I work as a mechanic and found some people do not like the fact 2010 and up toyotas and Hondas and almost all 2014 cars and European cars require full synthetic oil. A majority of the anger comes towards toyotas and Hondas. Despite me explaining the increased intervals, they still get angered at the fact. Is it just me or does less time doing oil changes that save you more money in the long run end up coming out cheaper despite the increased price and why would they be angry saving money?
- Why do honda street racers put spoilers/ wings on their front wheel drive cars? In Los Angeles i see alot of street racers driving hondas witg huge spoilers on the back… Doesn't that make a front wheel drive slower
- Why is it that some husbands let their wives drive luxury cars while they drive ordinary cars? I've been observing some of my neighbors (one of them is a stay at home mom) and the husbands drive ordinary cars like Honda Accord or Honda Pilot. But the wives tend to drive luxury cars like Acura TSX or Acura RDX (some form of luxury car). What is the reason for this? Why do wives get to drive luxury cars while the husband drives ordinary car? I should say some of them. Its not a problem though but was only curious. The neighbors are Asians actually.
- Is it weird to wear cloth brands like versace, gucci etc and drive a car around 70k-150k range? I know wearing those brand and driving like a honda, toyota etc would look weird, but is cars like mercedes, bmw ok? Or does it have to be something higher like maserati, ferrari, lambo, aston etc?
