Why would abs brakes lock?
O3 Honda crv front brake locked up for no reason, what coiuld be problem
First you have to decide if it is the calipers or the master cylinder instead of the ABS.
Pull the ABS fuse and try it then.
If it is the ABS, you have to run the ODBII self diagnosis, or just leave it disconnected.
You need to have them inspected. They shouldn't lock for any reason. By the way, you asked this question in the Mitsubishi section
- Why does the left front wheel on my 4wheeler lock as soon as i touch the lever but the other 1 don't even hardly slow down? I have a 2007 Honda Recon 250 4wheeler and it's been doing that off and on for awhile now, i thought it might have been a low tire because it's done the exact same thing before with a low tire but my tire pressure is fine. I'm guessing something is wrong with the brake shoes but i'm not sure what to look for because i'm not very experienced in the mechanic department and i don't wanna mess something up worse than it already is Haha very funny Andrew
- Honda civic ep2 Sport. Wire engine management light to abs? Basically the abs light is being stuborn even after replacing the sensor that was faulty. It went off at first but then has come back on shorty after. Need to pass the MOT and was just wondering which wires are the engine management and abs that go into the dash so I could maybe wire them together?
- Why Toyota Corolla brakes are so expensive? I need to replace the front brakes of my wife s 05 corolla. Since I usually go online and purchase the genuine manufacture parts, I did the same this time. I found the price is $75/pair for the pads, and $55/ea for the rotor. I changed the brakes on my Accord V6 last year, its about $45/pair for the pads. Why Toyota parts are so expensive comparing with Honda?
- How much would a full set of new brakes and tires cost on a 2006 Honda accord? My accord although reliable I don't think will do well another winter with the same brakes and tires that have been on it for years now. So What would you estimate the price would be for 4 tires and full set of brakes all new?
