Can i fit a wider rear tyre on my honda cb shine dx?
I want to replace rear tyre (80/100/18) of my bike cb shine dx by a tyre size 100/80/18 without changing the rim. Is it possible? Will this change create any problem to bike?
There may not be enough room for the extra 20mm of width between the frame.
Get a measuring device, find the closest place your present tyre has now and add 10 mm.
Less precise handling.
Too wide for the rim
May be too wide for the space it has to operate in
Will definitely alter the handling, maybe in a big way too.
- Will a Atv rear shock work on a motorcycle as a rear shock? So I have a 1984 Honda vf700s, which has a shot 17.5" rear shock. I found this shock http://www.ebay.com/...1405356646 and I love the red spring i'm just curious if it would serve well as a bike shock. And If so would it be suitable in terms of riding.
- Which bike for long drives between Honda CB Shine and TVS Star City? I need it to be comfortable during long drives of around 300kms. And mileage is not an issue as 60kmpl is good and both give that much mileage. So, which would you choose for long drives?
