Condition of rear tyre?
Just curious what you guys think the condition of this rear tyre is,
Tyre is for Honda CBR 250R
The tyre has already been replaced with a new tyre, just curious
The wear on that tyre is abnormal - either something has been fouling it (look for witness marks on the bike) or you have been riding with extremely low pressures.
Either way you should not ride a bike with tyres like that and it is a good job you have replaced it. But before you need to replace the new one you should find out why it was worn like that.
It's well worn on the shoulders. Conceivably you've been running at excessively low pressures or you've been cornering somewhat "vigorously".
New concepts for you: tyre pressure gauge; air tank.
- Will a Atv rear shock work on a motorcycle as a rear shock? So I have a 1984 Honda vf700s, which has a shot 17.5" rear shock. I found this shock http://www.ebay.com/...1405356646 and I love the red spring i'm just curious if it would serve well as a bike shock. And If so would it be suitable in terms of riding.
- What is a better motorcycle tyre brand? I'm needing some new tyres for my 2013 Honda CBR250r soon what is better for it: 1. Michelin Pilot Street Radial 2. Pirelli Sport Demons Has anyone had these tyres before? What is a better brand, better value etc?
- Can i fit a wider rear tyre on my honda cb shine dx? I want to replace rear tyre (80/100/18) of my bike cb shine dx by a tyre size 100/80/18 without changing the rim. Is it possible? Will this change create any problem to bike?
- What to do to keep my car in good condition? I have a 2006 Honda CRV with about 83K. I'm in college and really want this car to last til about 2018-19. I wouldn't be able to finance another car. Anything other than routine matintence and oil changes to increase the life of my car?
