Is the 2013 Honda Fit okay for a road trip?
I'm going on a road trip and I'm going to use my 2013 Honda Fit on this 150-mile trip and this is the first time I'm gonna use this car on a long road trip. It uses a 1.3 L engine. My friend said that its engine will over heat. Although my car still runs like new and never had any major or minor issues…
Is it okay?
No it won't over heat. Your friend is an idiot. Just make sure you don't carry more weight than the car can handle. There's a sticker on the inside of the driver's side door that will tell you how much weight the car can carry. It is labelled "payload capacity." The payload includes your passengers, luggage, everything.
Your friend is an idiot.
Your Honda will hum along with it's little 1.3 engine doing ~60 mph all day.
Best make new friends. This time a person with a brain.
150 miles?! OMG! It's going to explode or maybe it'll open an inter-dimensional portal. 150 miles? Really? That's not a road trip, that's a commute
- Honda Nighthawk road trip? About to take my first big motorcycle road trip. Going from Kansas to Texas on my 1992 Honda nighthawk 750. My question is if the bike that old will make it there and back without much trouble and if they make saddle bags and windscreens etc that fit that type of bike? Any pointers would help thanks!
- Is the 2013 Honda Fit with over 50k miles on its clock still good enough for a road trip I'm going to use it for a 150-mile travel to another city. Is the car still reliable enough to do the job?
- Is it okay to use an aftermarket AC condenser in my 2011 Honda Fit? I need to replace a leaking AC condenser in my Honda Fit. The dealer quoted me a ton so I'm taking it to an AC repair shop. However, the repair shop doesn't use parts from the original manufacturer. The owner told me that the aftermarket condenser has the same specifications though. My concern is that the dealer warned me about aftermarket parts because the pressures involved could mess up other parts. Should it be okay as long as the specifications are the same?
- Is it okay to drive my Honda Fit everyday? I have a 2013 Honda Fit with a 80,000 km on its odometer and we use it everday so far it still runs smooth like new and we never had any problem with its engine… Is the car gonna break down fast if I use every single day?
