What type oil, filter, do I need to clean fuel injectors, cabin and air filters, do I drain brake system and put new product in, do I need to re lubricate grease inserts?

All your maintenance intervals will be in your owners manual, Your actually 15k over on your transmission fluid change, and one can only guess as to if you even did the 30k service, I would assume not,

- Honda cbr500r on a 1000+ mile tour? I'm thinking about taking my cbr500r to Vancouver and back. Would it make the trip? I'm planning on buying a new chain, bringing a extra chain with me, some chain lube, and oil along with my toolkit and clothes. Will it make it or should I rent a dedicated touring bike.
- How fast is the 03 Honda Element awd element with the automatic from 0-60? Is it a slow car for a normal 4 cylinder? Can it cruise comfortably at 85 mph on a highway with fast paced traffic?

- 30,000 Mile Service for honda civic? I purchased a brand-new honda civic about 3years ago but have only been driving on the weekends so it only has a little over 10,000 miles. I know 30,000 mile service is pricy so I want to know if it's really necessary to do the 30,000 mile service or not for a vehicle that only has 10,000 original miles. Please advise.
