How to adjust the cam chain tension of the Honda CD125K?
I have done it on a Honda XL125R and S and it seemed to work fine… How do i do it on the CD125K? , simillar method or is there another technique?
Hi so if you get it wrong the chain will stretch and you will need a new one. So take it to a dealer so the risk is his.
- Poor pick up on my Honda CD125K? I'm in the process of restoring an old honda CD125K. Bike doesn't have CDI, and runs on points. I have changed the oil, fixed a new carburetor with a new air cleaner, new spark plugs, etc. But it has very poor pick up on the 1st gear… Engine revs very well but the pick up is really bad. How do i improve this?
- Motorcycle cam chain rattle? I have a 2008 Honda XR 125 L-6 and the engine rattles slightly at idle. It isn't very consistant and completely goes away when i slowly release the clutch to biting point. Anyone know what it is? Is it the cam chain?
- How to i adjust the carb from a 79 honda atc110? I found the carb from someone else, its complete but I just need to know how to adjust idle, rpms. I don't have much experience with motorcycles so I'm learning as I go. But can't find info about this. Any info, links, pics would help thanks. Again its a 1979 Honda atc110 all stock. Was given to me for free and want to get it running.
- How to adjust the clutch on my '02 Honda Civic? The clutch on my car catches too high. The clutch is hydraulic, and from what I heard hydraulic clutches don't need adjusting. How do I make it so that it doesn't catch too high.
