How to bypass the anti-theft circuitry in my 2003 Honda Element?

The ignition key lock cylinder jammed (presumably got some dirt in there). I've removed the lock cylinder, disassembled it, removed all the pins - jammed or not - and put it back in. The key turns the cylinder now, and the chip in the key communicates with the steering wheel lock and shifter so they are unlocked. And the starter turns over ( no anti-theft issues there… I could do it with a screwdriver while the key lock cylinder was out of the way) but the engine won't run. Need to know what is still being disabled (fuel pump? Voltage regulator or coil?) and how to get power to it even if it's through a manually operated toggle switch.
Ironically, I live on an island served only by ferry or barge which makes anti-theft equipment totally unnecessary!

I'm having almost the same problem light is just blinking

It disables the fuel supply. Is the security light blinking? If so, let us know the blinking pattern.

Changed battery in my 03 honda element now there's a key shaped light flashing and won't start

  • How to bypass a honda chipped key system? I lost my only transponder key to the car, is there a way to use an unchipped key and bypass the system? I want to know if there's a way to bypass the transponder and transceiver system for the ignition? I don't want to spend 125 dollars for a locksmith to come out, and the dealership said they charge 145 and the car has to be there to program the chip.
  • How fast is the 03 Honda Element awd element with the automatic from 0-60? Is it a slow car for a normal 4 cylinder? Can it cruise comfortably at 85 mph on a highway with fast paced traffic?
  • Honda magna fuel cut relay bypass? I have an 83 Honda magna 750. The fuel cut relay is shot and it's very difficult to find a replacement. I was wondering if it's possible to simply bypass it? If so how?
  • Every time I stop to get gas in my 2003 Honda element, it has trouble starting? My car recently had a completely new engine put in and now when I get gas it takes a few tries to get it started. So I put a new battery in and now I have to put my foot on the gas pedal while starting it for it to start. But it's only when I stop to get gas this happens. Every time other than that it starts just fine, no problem at all. Does anyone have any ideas what is going on?
