How to drop a 2000 honda lx without a lowering kit?
I just want to know because I'm really cheap and don't feel like spending alot of money dropping it I think I can cut the springs if I'm mistaken.
You can cut your springs but it's not a best idea 'cause they won't be strong enough.
If you don't havecash for a full lowering kit you still can get performance springs which are already shorter. For example check out these springs http://www.carid.com/2000-honda-civic-lowering-kits/spec-d-lowering-springs-12206529.html
Another way is to clamp your springs.
Cut your springs or heat em up
Cut springs on a strut? Not sure how that would work…
