I pissed my dad off really bad should I just sell the car?
When I was 3 I got ran over sued the insurance and got a 34k settlement that I get when I turn 21 I turned 21 a month ago got the money and went out and bought a green 1968 Pontiac Firebird with a swapped 428 automatic for 12k it's a bad ride but my dad is so pissed I didn't get a Nissan Altima or a Honda or something practical should I just sell it?
Buying that old and ugly car was stupid
STOP MAKING UP BS.
Yes, sell it, take a $6000 loss and rinse & repeat.
You're old enough to make and live with your decisions.
It is your money, so you can spend it any way that you want - you are an adult. I had a 1972 Firebird when I was younger, I liked it even though it was not such a bad ride as yours. Being practical is good some of the time, but not always.
Enjoy it. Your dad will get over it. You will always be sorry if you sell that gorgeous car!
Easy come easy go. Don't go running to Dad when you want a deposit on a new home.
Your an adult do what you want
At your age you can make up your own mind.
31 years old and you're worried about what Daddy thinks?!
- I sell cars for 1800$ or less but the taxes are almost here could I sell this car for 3000$? It's a 2004 Suzuki Verona 159,000 miles Automatic It's in exelent condition no problems But do you think I'll get 3000$ for it? Most people usually want a honda or Toyota
- Is it really bad for a well maintained car to do this? When i'm on the freeway, the speed limit is 70 mph but there are steep hills and i drive a honda fit i find myself at 4-5 k rpms at 70mph for 5 mins at a time is this bad
- How do i convince my dad that the 2013 Honda Fit can handle a 400-km roadtrip without a problem? He keeps insisting that pickup trucks are better for roadtrips just because they have bigger engine and that the Honda Fit engine will overheat well my car hasn't shown any sign of possible engine failures Well I say that subcompact cars are better for roadtrips because they are more fuel efficient…
- Will my transmission go bad? Should I sell my car? I have an automatic 1999 Honda Civic EX that shifts really hard out of first gear and sometimes out of second gear. My transmission fluid is brown and I was told that it is too late to change; it will kill my transmission if I flush it and put new fluid. Is this true? Should I be worried? Can I change it or am I taking a chance of making things much worse?
