Looking to buy a imported muscle car with a manual transmission under 10,000?
I just need suggestions of makes and models. Preferable between 2000-2012, two/four door doesn't matter. Like acuras, infinities, hondas, cars like that, best answer goes to the most & relevant list of cars
I had a 2006 Honda Accord coupe 6 speed manual with a 244 HP 6 cylinder. It got between 28-30 all the time on regular gas (up to 34 on extended highway driving), and was really a lot of fun. It would do 0-60 in just under 6 seconds according to Car and Driver. I'm not a jack rabbit driver, but I did partake of the acceleration often as I do mostly highway driving.
I turned old a couple of months ago and tried it in on a 2014 Camry V-6 automatic. It's the SE, so the suspension is a little firmer and the steering a little tighter than a regular Camry. It is't a sporty car by any stretch, but ut has 268 HP and it's quite quick too.
Acuras, Hondas. Or Infinitis are not muscle cars.
It is impossible for "Imported" and "Muscle" to be used in the same sentence.
Muscle cars are American cars that were homolgated to run NASCAR Grand National with 7 liter engines, that is prior to 1970. If it never competed in NASCAR it is not a muscle car. And around 1970 and again around 1980 they downsized the NASCAR formula to account for shortage of actual muscle cars, so current NASCAR cars or anything raced 1971 and after, when the term Winston Cup came into effect, and the engine size dropped to 5.8L does not meet the qualification for a muscle car, these are Pony Cars. Buick Regal GNX is not a muscle car. Most Mustangs and Camaros and Corvettes have engines and bodies too small to be Muscle Cars, we call these Pony Cars. Muscle cars have V8 engines that are at least 7 liters displacement and bodies 115"-120" wheelbase. The only import that comes close to meeting US Muscle Car criteria would be the Bentley. It has to be a big car as well as a powerful car.

- Would you purchase a 2004 Honda pilot for $6,000.000 that has 216,000 miles on it? I'm just browsing online looking at cars for sale and a lot of them have 200k or more miles on them and they want $4,000 or more. Why do people sale their cars for such a high price with a lot of miles on them? Its not just Hondas its all types of cars private and dealers as well
- Transmission going out on friend's 2004 Impala. Is it possible to install a manual transmission taken from a 1992 Honda Civic in this car? Not worth replacing trans on a car this old, but the engine and everything else are still perfect. My friend was able to get a free manual trans from a 1992 Honda Civic. But i'm not sure whether or not you can use a trans from a different vehicle
- What damage is possible from a construction cone riding under the front portion under the car? I was traveling doing about 55 mph and could not swerve to avoid hitting a construction cone. It hit under my car and dragged until I could pull over and pry it loose. I could not see too well under the car. I have a Honda Fit
- What's a good American Muscle car that I can trade my 2009 Honda civic in for?
