Best bike to buy under 90K in Pune?

I'm looking to sell my Apache 150 and go for new bike. Until now, 2 bikes have impressed me.
1) Honda CB unicorn and 2) Bajaj Avenger 220.

Honda Unicorn has great mileage, refined engine and low maintenance.
Bajaj Avenger has awesome looks, higher discplacement and low mileage. Not sure about maintenance and spare parts availability.

I'm in love with both. I'm really confused whether to go with looks or maintenance.

It will be great if you can help here. Suggestions for other bikes other than Apache are also welcomed. Please share your personal experiences you had with them.

My height is 5'5 and weight is 63. Seat height of Apache will be appropriate.

Honda CB Trigger - without a single doubt. It has a class mileage of around 55 kmpl which is very hard to see in other bikes. CB Triggers looks starts growing on you, unlike Fzs which looks like clown. Don't fall for bajaj - and also cruiser is not good inside cities.

For cool look is avenger and if you want mileage then honda cb is best

Seriously if you are looking for the maximum mileage go for only Mahindra bikes. You can go for more research on zigwheel, overdrive and other bikes forum. Go for test ride and feel the bike.
