You must look at an electrical diagram. I will try to find one.

I found some, but can't get them to enlarge on my smartphone screen. +12 volts should go from the battery, through the ignition switch, maybe through a fuse, to the coils. The electronic ignition switches the ground on and off to the coils. I think the engine shut off on the handlebar shuts the ground side of the coils off. But you need to follow the circuit with a voltmeter.

Check your main fuse and your ignition fuse. If both of these are intact, your kill switch could be broken in permanent "off" position. There could also be a short or breakage in the ignition itself. And are you sure your battery has a charge and isn't completely dead?

The coils do not receive voltage directly from the battery.
First test the pulse generators.
Then the next possibility would be the CDI box.
