Yamaha and Honda duel sport modles?
I've been looking at buying a duel sport motorcycles for the concept of the bikes. I really like the newer crf250l and wx250r, but they were introduced in 2013 and I'm against buying new vehicles. I was hoping you guys that have had duel sports could list the Honda and Yamaha models from 2000-2010 so i could research them. Or you could possibly talk me into buying one of the newer crf250l or wx250r
If you didn't get it, Candid Chris was being sarcastic.
Try this website and look up Hondas by cc's. I find it helpful. http://www.motorera.com/honda/index.htm There's probably something like it for Yamaha, but I don't know it off-hand.
Forget getting a Honda or a Yamaha, they are trash, just go get a cheap Chinese bike and repost your question next month if you have any problems.
You want used? Fine, go find a nice used Chinese POS.
Come on, dude, Honda and Yamaha have been building dual-sports for years, think they want to sell you a POS?
You need to test ride any bike you wish to purchase, if not happy don't purchase.
Ya its the best brands of producing the sport type of bike
- Will honda and yamaha ever make a motorcycle to compete with the Hayabusa and ZX-14R? The most powerful Yamaha/Honda motorcycles are the Yamaha R1 and the Cbr-1000rr. Will they ever make a bike 1300 - 1400 cc bike to compete with the Suzuki Hayabusa (1300cc) or the Zx14 (1400cc)?
- Which motorcycle this is? (ex. Honda, kawasaki, yamaha, etc.) And series as well (ex. Cbr, ninja, etc.)? Thank you very much! The reason I'm asking is because it is not physically in my possession… Otherwise I obviously would have checked the bike itself.
- Which bike would be a good first sport bike. Looking at CBR1000/600's and also the yamaha R1/R6? I don't know much about the differences, I know some people are all for Suzuki, Yamaha, Honda, of Kawasaki. Seems that whatever bike someone has, they say its the best. I wish I could just ride all of them and see for myself. Tampa, FL Sam
- Trouble deciding between Honda Vision 110 and Yamaha D'elight 125? I'm trying to decide which to buy between the Honda Vision 110 or Yamaha D elight 125… I've sat on both bikes. I've found the Yamaha to be more comfortable to sit on, and has more storage space under the seat, but the Honda apparently does more mpg, and I slightly prefer it style-wise. Which would you choose?
