I have 2004 Honda Pilot starting problem. The car starts when the gas are press lightly?

But if the car misses to start on the first try, it would be hardtime, sometimes I need to try 4 times with pressing the gas all the way to get started.

All of you input and help is highly appreciated.

75 percent chance it is a faulty fuel pressure regulator

You have one or both of two problems.
If the fuel pump check valve is bad and the fuel pressure bleeds down when sitting over night, try cycling the key to the ON position for 10 seconds (no cranking) and then OFF. Repeat that 3 times and then try starting it with out pushing on the gas pedal. If it starts right up you've just diagnosed a bad fuel pump check valve.
If holding the gas pedal to the floor all the way helps it start the motor is flooded as holding the gas pedal all the way down while cranking shuts off the fuel injectors. If that works the charcoal canister may be full of gasoline instead of just vapor fumes and is being sucked into the motor through the purge valve on start up flooding the motor. The flooded charcoal canister is caused by topping up the gas tank after the auto shut off feature of the gas pump turns off the gasoline flow.
