What would happen if take out my center muffler on my honda pilot 2009? (dual exhaust system)?

Ä° want to make the car sounds like an infinite fx35 or a Porsche cayenne. What should I do? I live in a foreign country and they don't even have this car model. And I really care not to make it too loud because the police here are too strict. I went to a tuning shop and he tried to fool me to install this really loud systems.

Added (1). ****and since they don't have this car model so if something broke down it will be hard or maybe impossible to fix it.(I even get the cars' spare parts from my country when I visit.****

Find out which is the muffler and which is the resonator. Remove the resonator, and replace the muffler with a high flow aftermarket muffler of your choice. I'm not sure about your vehicle, but on my car the resonator is the end muffler where the tail pipe is.

Do not remove the flex-joint covered with a fine stainless steel weave! Your car needs this *hollow joint because of the front wheel drive engine rocking motion. If you want a louder exhaust, the muffler is what you need to change. Look at the muffler selection @ Dynomax.com. Listen to them also on this site.

Its not a race car… Will mess up the way it runs. Just levee it a lone get some hupty to rat out

  • What would happen if I did this prank to a car dealership? Say that in the middle of the night I broke into a Chevy dealership, and the Honda dealership across the street from it. I locate the keys, and move all the Chevys to the Honda dealership, and all the Hondas to the Chevy dealership. Then the next morning when the folks at the dealership arrive, they discover that they are in possession of all the other dealerships cars. Lol what would come of that?
  • Does a dual yoshimura exhaust have different sized holes just like on a stock CRF250R? I own a 2006 Honda CRF250R bike which has dual exhaust which comes stock on the bike. For the stock dual, the left exhaust has a slightly bigger hole than the right because of making even airflows. MY QUESTION IS: I want to buy a dual Yoshimura from motosport.com, i'm not sure if they have different sized holes just like stock. And if they don't, does it make a difference?
