Dealer told me it was a Honda Certified pre-owned car, but I never received anything from Honda saying so?

What should i do? The car now needs repairs and the dealer lied to me about the certification. Do I have any rights?

A "CERTIFIED" used car is usually just an advertising gimmick that does nothing to guarantee the value or the condition of the car. ANYONE can "Certify" a used car. Doesn't mean that there's anything special about it, or that you get anything extra from it. Unless you received some sort of written warranty from the dealer when you bought the car, it's yours and YOU are responsible for maintaining it, or making needed repairs.

The dealer can tell you whatever he wants. What matters is what you have in writing. Either the car has a warranty or it doesn't. All cars needs repairs and used cars are sold "as is".
