At an oil change center, an independent garage… Or Honda dealership?

A transmission "flush" (using a flushing machine) should cost about $80 at most places. A proper job: draining transmission, removing pan, replacing filter, refilling - - would cost more because it takes more time. Which does Honda recommend. Personally, I don't like machine flushes and prefer a new filter.

An oil change - even with synthetic oil - should be less than $40. What does Honda recommend?

What about a new wheel stud? Is that included in $270 estimate?

That may not be a bad price for the stud and flush and oil change as some of the older Honda's had a design deficiency that prevented removing the stud without removing the hub.
