I suggest that you contact them directly to ask, but as it's a far more expensive variant in a country with low average salaries and as it requires servicing by far more highly trained and equipped Honda Main Dealers than you typically find in India I doubt that it will be any time soon.
It's far more likely that you'll get the larger Prius (a hybrid only model) first as that's very popular with taxi drivers.
