I have a 2003 Honda Accord 148,000 miles?
Should I get high milage oil when I get oil changed?
Get an electric car
I own a garage in uk… Never heard of high mileage oil! However I would definitely be using fully synthetic oil.MOBIL1 grade 10-40… And in a hot climate 10-50
Yes, High mileage synthetic blend is better as is full synthetic compared to conventional. Btw my 04 Accord always got full synthetic and I had almost 300k miles and it still ran well before someone crashed it.
Yes, I would recommend you switch to High Mileage oil. Also if this is a V6 Accord then you should have had the cam belt and water pump replaced at 110,000 miles. If the belt breaks you will have internal engine damage. Replace it today if you have not already done so. If it is a 4 cylinder it uses a chain that requires no maintenance. Also you Honda requires SAE 5w-20 not 10w-40 or 10w-50 as another posted recommended.
Yeah
- Would you purchase a 2004 Honda pilot for $6,000.000 that has 216,000 miles on it? I'm just browsing online looking at cars for sale and a lot of them have 200k or more miles on them and they want $4,000 or more. Why do people sale their cars for such a high price with a lot of miles on them? Its not just Hondas its all types of cars private and dealers as well
- Is it worth it to trade a 2003 Toyota Corolla almost 130k miles for a 2004+ Acura TL 90k-110k miles? This is my moms old car and she got the Honda Pilot, she gave it her old car to me as my first car, but I want to trade it for a nicer car but used Acura are expensive and every time I asked the sellers to trade my Corolla and says no. Do you think Acura owners don't like Toyota?

- 2008 Honda Fit with 66,000 miles on it for $5,000? Is this a good deal? I need to buy a new car and today I got an offer on a 2008 Honda Fit with 66,000 miles on it for $5,000. I'm a 19 year old girl and I know nothing about cars D: Are Honda Fits good cars? Should I buy this with so many miles already on it? Also, I like to travel. Will this car be safe to drive long distances?
