I wouldn't fit, and why would you want to? I must say, the 3 liter V-6 from 2006 or so is fantastic. I can't believe they stopped making it. I can do 0-60 in about 6 seconds, and still get 30 MPG all the time.
- Is it possible to swap a d16a sohc long block into a 1998 Honda Civic Dx coupe? My d16y7 engine got hydrolocked and I hace not yet found another engine so I plan to swap a d16a engine instead. Is it possible? What do I need?
- Can I put a Honda 1.7L D17A, SOHC VTEC Engine in my 2002 Honda Civic DX? My civic is very basic without VTEC, This isn't it's original engine type as it had a regular 1.7L 4cyl SOHC but I know they are fairly similar. Will my car run on the VTEC?
- 95 Honda civic, just started to put and engine would shake every time I accelerate and when AC is on? Yesterday my car drove perfect then today I started it and just when I got on the road it started to shake so I turned off the AC. Then it ran better but once I give it gas it starts to shake again, but if I'm not in gear I can rev it up and there's no shaking just sounds like it runs great. Anyone know what could be causing this problem?
- Would it be possible to swap a f20c1 engine into my 1998 honda accord? I have 1998 Honda Accord 5 speed manual and I was wondering if it's possible to swap out my f23a1 for a f20c1 (s2k motor) . Would it be possible since my car already has an F series in it? Or what motor swap would do best for me?
