Can i install upgrades for the Honda Accord 2000 with a 2.3L 4-cyl engine on a 2.0 4-cyl engine?

Can i install upgrades for the Honda Accord 2000 with a 2.3L 4-cyl engine even though mine is a 2.0 4-cyl engine?
Are there any difference to the engines other than the size of the engine itself?
The upgrades includes things such as a Helix throttle body spacer and a cold air intake.

First, you already have a cold air intake from the factory. It's tuned to the engine. Replace it and you'll get worse performance. Read this on the cold air intake scam

In the article, the author states that your car will not produce any more horsepower. He uses a 1998 Chevrolet Corvette as an example which will only produce minimal amounts of extra horsepower until it reaches 5500 rpm. This is due to the fact that the 1998 Chevrolet Corvette was turbocharged. The author then refers to a video where his theory is also supported by a dyno run on a Nissan Skyline which is also turbocharged. The entire edia of cold air is that cold air is more dense and dense air makes more power. A electronically controlled turbo increases the density of the air to a specified psi no matter what the incoming density is and therefore the test is absolutely useless!
In general he states that cars with a mass air flow meter will not see any performance increases either. But the thing is, that my 2000 Honda Accord does not have a mass air flow meter.
Even though my car would not see a performance increase i would still buy a cold air intake or a short ram intake simply because of the sound it makes.
