93 honda accord. When you try and start it the negative battery terminal sparks some and then lose all electrical power
Give it a few mins and power is back til you try and start it then same ****… Wtf is the problem it's done it with both a new battery and old one.
Hi well the numbly who fitted it did a poor job on the connection so it needs tightening up.
How many times are you going to ask this dumb *** question before you go and replace the bad clamp on the negative cable jojo?!
- My car won't start but when I try to start it, it sounds like a power drill? I have a 95 Honda Civic and it does not start it keeps making a noise that sounds like a power drill spinning. I have no idea what it is or could be any more. I've pulled the starter and put in a new one and the starter is still not catching the fly wheel. I have even resorted to charging the battery, checking all fluids (transmission, antifreeze, etc.) and putting in 5 gallons of gas but still nothing, can't pay to get it to a shop. Anything helps thanks.
- Battery terminal came loose on 97 Honda fourtrax 300 and shorted out the electrical system What exactly needs to be fixed when this happens? Fixed the problem. The wire did short the system because it touched metal. I bypassed the solenoid and it started, so that was the problem.
- Why does my honda lose power? I have a 1990 Honda Accord that often lose power. I've gotten a new battery and my alternator is also fine. Does anyone know what else can be cause this problem?
- 2004 honda accord 4 cyl. Sometimes when it sits overnight won't start. But if you try then wait will start? 2004 accord 4 cyl. It sounds like a dead battery but if you wait a few mins. Starts right up no problem I have turned lights inside off checked trunk lid And battery and alternator both test good no draw. Any ideas thank you
