Honda Accord 1999 has very low compression in all cylinders. I'm trying to figure out the problem

Compression is as follows:
c1 dry- 20 wet 45
c2 dry 40 wet 40
c3 dry - 30 wet 30
c4 dry - 60 wet 60

the car was accidentally ran without any oil (no oil light on). Car overheated when a hose exploded and coolant leaked out. Temp was red hot, i pull over immediately to cool engine. What coolant was left in the car looked normal. I did not check the oil. Next day drove the car up a tow truck ramp; it started just fine with no odd sounds, etc - ran was ran for 10 sec maybe. When i checked the car at home it had no oil, not one drop came out during the oil change. The car would not start/stalled. It turned over and almost started once. The pistons smoothly move and push forcefully, but the car low compression.

Did driving up the ramp for 10 seconds without blow my engine or is it normal for a car to start once and not again after severely over heating?

It"s too damn old. Get another car.

Time to either get that engine rebuilt along w/the trans, or get another vehicle

Head gasket or valves.

All you can be sure of is that something catastrophic has happened and the simplest and cheapest solution is another engine from a breakers yard…

To rebuild that one involves a total stripdown and replacing many parts plus likely a rebore and having the cylinder head skimmed.

I'd guess the head has distorted, causing the loss of compression and oil. Distortion of the head is common with severe overheating and even the block can distort on some engines.

A) Driving with insufficient oil caused some cylinder and ring damage due to insufficient lubrication of the rings. Not only is oil required for lubrication, it is extremely important for cooling the cylinders. Without enough oil to wet the pistons and cylinder barrels the rings overheat, the pistons overheat, and then the whole engine overheats, then an old weak hose blows. I guarantee that was the sequence of events. Radiator coolant circulating through the engine is insufficient to handle the condition of overheating due to insufficient oil.

b) The oil may have been getting used up slowly all along if the rings and valve guides were already a little worn. After overheating it so badly and further lowering compression, it's now going to burn oil like crazy, there won't be much power due to low compression, and due to severe overheating an internal engine component is likely to fail at any time.

c) Will the magician who forgot to check the oil and make sure there was enough of it in the engine please stand up and take a bow for magically turning an engine into a piece of scrap iron.

The motor is junk. Get a good low mileage used motor

You need an engine. Call the salvage yards for a good used one, which will be cheaper than rebuilding the broken one you have- or get a new or rebuilt engine ready to swap in.
