Honda Accord no start. It has spark and I hear the fuel pump winding. Why?

I checked for spark in all four spark plugs are firing but when I spray Easter into the breather and crank it it does not even fire up a little bit. I have the fuel pump winding in the fuel tank, but have not tested the fuel pressure. Is there anything that I missing here?

I recently had a new timing belt put on. (this is what happened… My starter was fried. I managed to hit it with a hammer several times and get it to crank. I was out of gas, running on fumes when I pulled into my place of business. As I turned the wheel to pull in the parking lot, the motor completely died. I assumed it was the gas, but there was no spitting and sputtering as ones car does when running out of gas. I pushed it to the door, bought a starter, put it on, and it cranks… I thought "aha! I'm out of gas, that is why it is not starting!" I put $10 of gas in it, started it up, but no crank. I pulled each plug, checked the spark with a screw driver, and all of them were throwing sparks… I said to myself "fuel pump maybe?"… I spray either in the air filter, and in the intake, multiple times, but not even a small sign of combustion… I'm going to try the either again tomorrow and see if I'm not getting it in the intake good enough, as one answer here suggest. After than, I will pull the fuel line and see if it drains into a cup as I attempt to start it… But like I said, I hear winding in the fuel tank area, assuming that is the fuel pump priming… Why the sudden dying when I pulled in? I was doing less than 10mph and the timing belt is new and intact… Weird…

It sounds like your ether spray isn't getting to the cyclinders.

How does the timing belt marks look?
