I can't get my burnt CDs to play in my car
Okay so I have a 00 or 01 Honda Accord and it only has a cd player in it. I have always used Memorex CD-R's and some of them work but now they don't. I had a pc when I burnt the ones that work and now I have a macbook pro and am doing what i thought was the same thing i did before but it isn't working. Can someone help me.
So far I have tried doing the mp3 cd, Audio cd, Audio cd at a lower burn speed as the same with the mp3. I know my player isn't bad bc I'm able to play all my old ones and regular album cds.
Added (1). I'm not making copies of anything I've made playlists and i burn them to cds. I have it set to audio format and a slower speed but it still isn't working
I don't know how else to explain this but if you are able to burn more than 10 songs on CD than you burned them in wrong format which your old CD player can't play.Choose different setting when burning music next time, or you need new CD player that can play MP3 files.
You probably copied it a MP3. Your car does not recognize that format.
Use the original disc. Some won't play copies.
- Is there any way I can put in an aux cord to play audio if I only have USB ports? I started leasing a 2019 Honda CR-V recently, and the only inputs seem to be USB ports. My friends like passing around the aux cord when we drive places, and though the CR-V does support Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, switching between a lightning cable and a micro-USB seems like a hassle (since they have different phone models). I found some USB to aux adaptors online, but the reviews on them say that they can't be used to do what I want.
- Where can I get a newer car with poor credit and trade in my current car? I have a 99 honda civic DX coupe, it's worth in KBB is about 1000 right now. I wanted to trade it in, and finance a newer civic at my local Honda dealer but with my credit a little low would that even work? I also wouldn't have a down payment besides my trade in
- Car's cassette player isn't working. Any other methods to play music from my phone? Whenever I put any cassette component in my car's cassette player it spits it out immediately after. It spits out my cassette adapter AND a regular cassette tape. Basically, is there still hope I can listen to music from my Galaxy S4 via my car? I have a 1999 Honda Civic, if that helps.
