I just installed LEDs in the interior of my car & now none of them will turn on, but they were all on a minute ago. What happened?

Once I got to installing the last bulb in my vanity mirror, I saw all the lights turn off & I thought it was normal since it does it after a few minutes to not waste battery, but I tried to turn them on after I installed everything & not one light will turn on. My doors are off, the map lights, done light, vanity mirror lights are all off. What happened?

It's a 2006 Honda Accord.

You might've blown a fuse. It's easy to tell if they're blown. Just find where they are in your car. (Usually under the dash by the steering wheel, sometimes they're under the hood.) If it's blown, the little "bridge" between the two sides of it will be broken. Check your manual for what fuses control what. Switch it out for one that can handle more current.

Either that or your wiring skills suck.

LED are sensitive to the polarity.
Have you done them backwards?
Have you blown a fuse?

The last one you put in blew the fuse. If you remember which it was, that socket is probably loose.
( It is impossible to put LED bulbs in "backwards" as they come polarized in the socket and are a drop-in replacement. Unless vehicle is positive ground, which your '06 Honda is not. Even the push in type have a reverse protection diode, so, if backwards, no current. )

An led burned out… Waste of money.
