I'm having trouble with my Honda and I need

Have a Accord EX coupe with the 2.3 I4. So the story goes: it had overheating issues and I replaced the radiator which fixed it but the engine started sputtering lightly. About 30 minutes of running and I figured it was almost out of gas so I shut the engine off. Later on I went back out to test it and It would just roll over so I put some gas in it and it still wouldn't run so I knew I had a problem.

I went to see if the fuel pump was bad, it wasn't. So I checked the spark and there wasn't none. I replaced the module, coil, distributor cap, and the rotary button. I thought it could've been the timing belt but I checked it and it was fine. I could only think it could be the cam positioning sensor or something simple but I'm at my wit's end with the car. I really need it back on the road very badly. It's been driving me crazy for a few weeks now. If anyone could help me I would very much appreciate it. Thanks for taking your time to read this. God bless.

Lack of spark could be the cam or the crankshaft sensor. You need to test before replacement if you want to find the problem and not waste time and money.

The year would be nice but all you need is a new pgmfi (main) relay, a very common problem. Some simple diagnosis or even a real shop would have saved you a whole bunch of time and money.
Chances are now very good that further problems have been created by your shotgun approach.
