Is it okay for a dude to get a new Honda Accord or Toyota Camry?
I mean, they're not the most manly cars, but they're practical, efficient, and good on gas. What do you think of men who drive them haha?

Yes. Cars don't have a gender preference. I think those choices are great for reliability and longevity and safe family car. Heck I drive a Ford Focus (not the ST) how manly is that car? I don't care what people think of me driving a compact hatchback I just know I'm happy with it and so should you!
