Car died on me while driving?

So I went fishing last night and came back home around 4am. I was about 5 minutes away from my house when my car just died on me while I was driving. I noticed that the engine, battery, and oil light went on. The steering wheel was very hard to turn as I tried to pull over. I managed to pull to the side and stopped my car. I then turned off the car for a couple minutes then turned it back on. It started off fine so I drove it for about a minute then it died on me again. I repeated the process until I was able to reach my house. I have no idea what is causing this problem. Any help would really be appreciated. Thanks.

Added (1). I drive a 1996 Honda Accord LX

Why is my engine light on?

Honda accord 07 from dealership. Everything good but I got an oil change 4 days ago. Yesterday I had a thing come on the dash saying "check oil cap" I've read online about it saying that my filter might just need to be replaced by a Honda footer cause its tighter. I got an oil change from Walmart. Standard oil change. From 20% oil life to 100%. I'm not sure what to do. My engine light comes on now when i drive. Paid $42 for oil change. And they checked my lights and brakes and what not.

What is the value of my car? How much should Insurance pay me?

Can you guys help me out, my insurance called me and they said its a total loss so they quote me that they will pay (ACV) $11,020. To me that seems pretty low on Kelley Blue Book I get a quote of $14,740 unless I'm doing something wrong?

Information about my car
2010 Honda Accord EX-L V6 3.5 (Black)
Leather Seat (Black)
Dual Power Seats, Multi Disc, XM Radio
Traction Control, Premium Sound
All stocks, clean record, no modifications.
State: Michigan
Excellent Condition. No dents.

How much should I actually get from my insurance? Can I fight their offer of the ACV?

What causes sound from the tires?

Honda Accord 2009
Driven 42000 kms
Changed tires a year back and drove maybe 15000 kms
I did wheel balancing and alignment as well
There's sound from the tires
It increases as the speed is increased
It is not the bearings.
Any clues?

Why are Volvos so overhyped and overrated?

Ridiculously overpriced, expensive to fix, and very unreliable, the only good thing about them is their roominess and safety. I recently traded for a Honda Accord EX, would never look back.
