Parking lights, tail lights and instrument cluster not working. Why?

2000 honda accord v6, everything was working fine, turned on my parking lights (first turn before headlights) and no parking lights, tailights or instrument cluster/dash lights. Checked all fuses and they are good, honda forums suggest replacing headlight switch or checking for burnt/ bad wiring. Anyone have any other suggestions? I can't even drive at night now this sucks all i have is headlights and brake lights.

Either a blown fuse or a partially failed headlight switch. Look at the fuse panel - Honda kindly label the fuses. Pull the fuse & inspect it. Replace with one the same rating if in doubt. Be aware hat if there's a fault in the wiring the new fuse will blow too. Then you need to locate & fix the fault. If you or a friend don't have the skills then it's time for professional help.
(it's often easier & less stressful to engage a professional than waste hours of your own time & skull sweat trying to sort something like this out)

It's probably the switch. Getting into that steering column to replace or check it will be fun.

The Accord V6 has two trim level EX and LX. Since you've not specified the trim level for your car, I'm using the LX trim wiring diagram.
I'm listing all of the fuses in the system just in case if you've miss any:
Driver side dash fuse box: Fuse # 9 (7.5A), #10 (7.5A)
Passenger side dash fuse box: Fuse # 10 (10A)
Under hood fuse/relay box: Fuse # 47 (20A), #49 (15A)
I've included the right wiring diagram for your viewing. You'll need to check out the Tail light relay (On passenger side, right kick panel) and the Multiplex control unit, but since the brake lights are working, I would rule out the Multiplex unit. If you want a procedure to check it out. I'll need your E mail address because the size of this YA won't allow me to send more than one attachment.Parking lights, tail lights and instrument cluster not working. Why - 1

I have a 2002 Accord. On two occasions, it's dash and tail lights stopped working. Brake lights continued to work. All fuses were good, in all locations. In both occasions, the problem was the relay BEHIND A SMALL TRIM PANEL ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF FRONT PASSENGER FLOORBOARD. You can try swapping the horn relay from underneath the hood, and see if that solves your problem. There are two relays in this location in passenger floorboard on at least 98-02 Accords. Thank you sir for your post, because it helped me with my problem both times. Your post alerted me to the relay location. May have been coincidence, but the second time the lights stopped working was after I entered the radio code into my stock radio.
