Should i buy a 2 owner Honda with 245,000 miles?
It's a Honda accord ex 4 cylinder 2002 in really good condition except for some sun fading on the trunk. It has 245,000 miles mostly freeway who knows if its true but i think it is. No mechanical problems and service records from dealer and auto shop. Owner was asking 3500 but i got it down to 3000 do you guys think its worth it? Stick shift btw Clean title too
Nice car but for heavens sake that price needs to come down a bit. Its a 12 year old Honda with 245,000 miles. Not a 43,000 mile cream puff. Hondas are good cars but still is this car worth $3000 with that mileage. For that you could get a lower mileage car with that money. Nice car, looks well taken care of. I would get the price down a little but if it feels good then go for it.

I'm just browsing online looking at cars for sale and a lot of them have 200k or more miles on them and they want $4,000 or more. Why do people sale their cars for such a high price with a lot of miles on them? Its not just Hondas its all types of cars private and dealers as well

- Is it okay to buy Honda CR-V with 75,000 miles? I'm considering to buy either 2008 Honda CR-V with 75,000 miles or 2008 Toyota RAV4 with 66,000 miles. Both have clean records and are in similar price range. They are all Front Wheel Drive, as I won't need 4WD or AWD. I'm a recent graduate and this will be my first car purchase. RAV4 had two owners, but it looks like they both have clean records. Just wondering if either will last long without much problems.
