What is the usual value of 2003 Honda accord with 46,000 miles?
KBB.com gives $10,965 for the rare top-end EX-L version in good condition. Be aware that transmission horrors make it the second worst vehicle in carcomplaints.com vehicle database, and an "Avoid Like the Plague" rating.
I owned a 2004 Honda Accord and it is a fantastic car except for the fact that the 2003-04 had serious transmission issues. Mine went out at 75,000 miles. Honda did replace it free of charge even though the car was out of warranty because I'm a long time customer. I now own a 2013 Accord. I do not recommend you buy any 2003 or 2004 model Accord with the Automatic transmission. The value can be found here.

That's very low miles. I would go on cars.com, enter the specifications of the car, and see what they are going for.

I'm just browsing online looking at cars for sale and a lot of them have 200k or more miles on them and they want $4,000 or more. Why do people sale their cars for such a high price with a lot of miles on them? Its not just Hondas its all types of cars private and dealers as well
- Is it worth it to trade a 2003 Toyota Corolla almost 130k miles for a 2004+ Acura TL 90k-110k miles? This is my moms old car and she got the Honda Pilot, she gave it her old car to me as my first car, but I want to trade it for a nicer car but used Acura are expensive and every time I asked the sellers to trade my Corolla and says no. Do you think Acura owners don't like Toyota?
